The
complete and entire financial history of the association has been and
is currently being accounted for in Quickbooks online; Quickbooks
transactions from 2006 to October 2010 were imported into Quickbooks
Online.
The
Executive Board is committed to providing ongoing transparency of
the banking transactions of the association. All Citizens
Bank webpage monthly account summaries are provided below; also
included are account details including all balances, receipts
and expenditures of the association through February 2012.
Since March 2012, an email copy of Citizens Bank pdf files has been
available to any unit owner requesting to be included in the monthly
pdf
email distribution; included in the Citizens Bank pdf files are account
details including all balances, receipts and expenditures of
the association by month. Unit
Owners should contact the Treasurer to be included
in the monthly email distrubution of Citizen Bank pdf files.
