Meadows Condominium II To
All Unit Owners: At
the last Board meeting on September 21, 2010 it was
decided to forgo the annual meeting which would normally have been
scheduled for
September 16, 2010 and to conduct the business of replacing expiring
Board
members by USPS mail. The
three year terms of Gary Hensel and Jay Stevens for
serving on the Board ended on September 30, 2010. We therefore need to
elect
two unit owners to replace Gary and Jay. Enclosed
please find a “Personal Information Sheet” for
those unit owners interested either in declaring their own candidacy or
in
nominating another unit owner to the Board.
We
especially encourage women unit owners to
consider serving as Board members so as to have a cross sectional
representation on the Board that reflects our community. If
more than two candidates run for the Board, there will
be an election and you will receive ballots in the mail along with
copies of
the candidates “Personal Information Sheet” in late October or early
November. If
interested, please complete the “Personal Information
Sheet” and return it to Linda Morrett postmarked
no later than October 23, 2010; Linda has volunteered to be
the collection
point and vote counter to assure anonymity of those casting ballots
should we
have more than two candidates. Linda’s address is at the bottom of the
attached
form. Also
enclosed with this letter is a “Snow Removal Level
Of Service” survey and a “Construction Deficiency” survey. Please
complete and
return them. Thank
you in advance for your continued interest and
support. Eighteen
(18) unit owners are currently receiving email
updates of Board decisions and activities; if you wish to be included
in these
